Riverview Companies acquired North Jersey LandCare from Marty Dowd in July 2023 and now serves as the Riverview Companies North Jersey branch serving commercial customers throughout northern New Jersey.
North Jersey LandCare was started in 2000 by Marty Dowd to service condominiums, HOAs, commercial buildings, office parks, utilities, municipalities and schools, many of whom are still clients to this day and are serviced now by Riverview Companies North Jersey.
In addition to providing regular year-round land and snow maintenance services, we have the capability to manage a wide range of landscape installation projects.
